Our Manufacturing Facility is equipped with modern infrastructure and advanced machinery to ensure high precision production and consistent quality standards. The facility is designed to support large-scale manufacturing of brass components and fittings used in electrical, plumbing, automotive and industrial applications. We utilize state-of-the-art CNC machines, automatic turning machines, multi-rotary index machines and up to 5 axis SPMs capable of performing multiple operations in a single stage. This enables us to maintain tight tolerances, high production efficiency and superior finishing quality. Our facility follows strict quality control procedures at every stage of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing, ensuring reliable and durable components. Material: We use high quality raw materials such as Brass (IS 319, BS 249, BS 2874 CZ121), Copper, Aluminum and other special alloys as per customer requirements.
